Stencil Concrete Paving System is a new and innovative, cast in place paving system. This system allows for a "grouted" appearance to be achieved without the grouting expense. Stencil Concrete Paving System incorporates the use of a paper stencil matrix, Colour Hardener, Release Agent, Texture Rollers and Solvent Sealer. Production rates may be nearly doubled using this process as compared to imprinted concrete. Stencil Concrete Paving Systems may be poured as a structural slab on grade, eliminating the need for a sub-slab. Use include driveways, roadways, walkways, pool and patio decks, etc.

Texturing: Various finishing and texturing techniques may be used to achieve the desired effect. FWC texture rollers are available in both Slate and Granite textures. Textures may also be achieved through the use of woodfloat, sponge, broom, etc. All surfaces should be finishes with sufficient surface texture to reduce slip hazards. Avoid adding water to the surface while finishing. Added surface water may lead to variation in surface colour and texture.
